This is so true. I experienced the whole “letting go” thing the other day. I had been working a project at the gym for 2-3 days and on the third day, I had the beta totally dialed and could do every move, but just couldn’t link it all. Eventually I got pumped/frustrated, so I took a break to work something else. Came back for one last go at the end of the day and sent it. It was such a great feeling.
