The universal idea of letting go and focusing on the present moment allows us to more fully enjoy our passionate pursuits and our lives… of course this is easier said than done.”

This is so true. I experienced the whole “letting go” thing the other day. I had been working a project at the gym for 2-3 days and on the third day, I had the beta totally dialed and could do every move, but just couldn’t link it all. Eventually I got pumped/frustrated, so I took a break to work something else. Came back for one last go at the end of the day and sent it. It was such a great feeling.
